The President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the bidders PROCOR and IBR-LAM LAMINAÇÃO DE METAIS LTDA were QUALIFIED in accordance with the terms of the bidding announcement.

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that due to the interest of the Administration, 45 (forty-five) Part Numbers referred to the Project C/P 95 (A7) are REMOVED from this solicitation and shall not be considered when providing a proposal for the BIDDING PROCESS 188733/CABW/2018 to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER PROJECT for the contracting of a company for the procurement of consumable items, commodities for use in the general overhaul, repair or exchange all cell components, equipment handling and transportation, in order to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the COMAER’S aircraft, both for the aircraft itself, as well as off-wing components of all repairable items in the aircraft, for AIPC, CMM, all aircraft systems and any other parts catalogue which mentions the aircrafts C-105 (C2), C/P-95, C-98, F-5, H-60, P-3, T-25, T-27, G-19, in accordance with terms, quantities, and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package.

Moreover, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

The list of removed Part Numbers from project C/P-95 are attached to this notice and were uploaded to BACW’s website.

 

On March 18, 2019, the Bidding Commission released the results of the Qualification Phase for the Bidding Process n. 190011/CABW/2019.

Therefore, the Bidding Commission presents the following erratum:

Where it reads:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”


Shall be read:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 3:15 pm (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”

If no appeals to the qualification phase are presented, the open session for opening the price proposal of the qualified bidders shall be on March 27, 2019 at 9 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

If appeals are presented, the Bidding Commission shall proceed as described on Clause 31 of the IFB and a new date for opening the Price Proposal shall be appointed, after the appeals are duly answered.

(“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for the provision of Remote Control Tower Visualization System (SVR-TWR) with equipment, associated logistics, installation materials and specialized engineering services required for its implementation at Santa Cruz Airfield-RJ, including field survey, installation, integration, acceptance tests, training and technical/operational support, is RAFITIED and AWARDED to FREQUENTIS with the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE of US$1,295,417.00.
