Moreover, the Invitation For Bid 191948/CABW/2019 is under the review of the Brazilian Court of Accounts (TCU), process TC 021.058/2019-9 in which it determined that BACW shall not sign the contract until the process TC 021.058/2019-9 is concluded at TCU, and the proceedings of the Bidding Process are also approved.

Thus, Ratification (“Homologation”) and Bid Award (“Adjudication”), as per clause 14 of the IFB, shall be performed only after the procedures are approved by TCU.

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out  a Republishing of Bidding Process, to be awarded based on Lowest Total Price per Moduleon November 21st, 2019 for the maritime transportation services for goods, from the BACW (Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington, D.C.), from the Warehouse (4601 Beech Road, Temple Hills, Maryland, 20748 USA)  to the Port of Santos, located in the State of São Paulo, and to the Port of Rio de Janeiro, located in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, per INCOTERM 2010, DAT, in 40-feet-high, 'High Cube' Containers (40HC)- Full Container, by ocean, with commercial rights and obligations between the Parties being governed by DAT (Delivered at Terminal) and INCOTERMS 2010 (ICC Publication nº 744. 2013 Edition). 

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BIDDING PROCESS , to be awarded based on the LOWEST TOTAL PRICE, for the supply and installation of an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast) system throughout Brazilian territory, and a WAM (Wide Area Multilateration) at the TMA (Terminal Maneuvering Area) of Porto Alegre (Brazil), taking into account equipment and services associated with on-site survey, with the installation, integration and factory and site acceptance tests, as well as related logistics, made up my technical documentation, theoretic and practical training on system operation and maintenance, assisted operations, transportation and insurance and technical guarantee, shall be POSTPONED SINE DIE” as instructed by CISCEA for technical specification alterations.

Therefore, the solicitation shall be republished at later date.

 

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a 2ND REPUBLISHING of the Bidding Process, to be awarded based on Lowest Global Price, for the service of rental of 3 charter buses with capacity to transport up to 56 passengers on each vehicle/bus or a total of 168 people around the Washington Metropolitan Area (Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.), including drivers and fuel, for a period of 8 days, in accordance with the requirements established in the BASIC PROJECT, Annex I of the Invitation for Bid. 

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on September 4th, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

 

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that after the evaluation by the Brazilian Air Force Logistics Center (CELOG) on the fact that no valid proposal was achieved on the some batches, the Bidding Process 190011/CABW/2019 is REVOKED for BATCHES 25, 27, 29, 32, 34 e 36 due to the interest of the Administration.
